CHALLENGE: Smile Challenge
Happy Saturday! Will you try the social media SMILE CHALLENGE with me? The challenge: Post a photo of you smiling, or a collage of your favorite smiling shots with friends and family. Post your photo using the #SmileChallenge hashtag. If you DM me with your favorite smile photo, I’ll try to put some of them on my stories! Smiling is contagious, it spreads positivity, and it’s good for you! It boosts your mood, relieves stress, and makes you look more attractive. It improves your outlook, may boost your immune system and reduce physical and emotional pain. And best of all, it’s free! So even if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, had a spat with your partner last night, or are feeling the crunch of all the things you have to do - take a moment to smile even if you don’t feel like it, and reap the benefits!
