CHALLENGE: Sunday Funday

Today I’m setting my rules to make the most of your #SundayFunday. Are you in?⁣ ⁣ 1ST RULE OF SUNDAY FUNDAY:

Thou shall do something fun! And truly fun, not “my job is also fun.” Do something with no agenda! ⁣ ⁣ 2ND RULE OF SUNDAY FUNDAY:

Thou shall not complain. Make a commitment to stop negative thinking or complaining about what’s not going right. Instead, practice gratitude all day long. To extend this further, don’t tell people what NOT to do. Instead, tell them what you’d like them to do. Notice how this little tip helps switch your thinking and also motivated the other person to do what you ask!⁣ ⁣ 3RD RULE OF SUNDAY FUNDAY:

Thou shall make time for #mindfulness. No excuses today, because there are mindfulness exercise you can do in just a few seconds. So make time for several #mindful moments today.⁣

4TH RULE OF SUNDAY FUNDAY:


Thou shall share your day with someone else. Research shows that human beings require social connection to thrive physically and mentally. So even if you’re an introvert, make


sure you connect with another person today. This can be through an activity, a phone call, or even in the simple act of writing a thank you note to someone special.⁣ ⁣ Here I am with my hubby - he’s my favorite person to spend Sunday with. We are both busy professionals so we really cherish our weekends together. ⁣
