Wellness shots have been the rage but they’re so costly, so I finally learned to make them myself!⁣ ⁣ I love wellness shots for my daily dose of antioxidants and boost of natural #energy, but they were starting to rack up quite a bill! I started experimenting with making my own, and this is hands down the best #recipe!⁣ ⁣ It only has 6 ingredients and takes less than 5 minutes to make! Each of these ingredients packs important health benefits!⁣

  • Oranges are high in vitamin C and promotes a healthy immune system and helps lower cholesterol. ⁣

Lemons are also high in vitamin C and helps reduce your risk of heart disease and digestive issues.

  • Turmeric and its most active compound curcumin helps fight inflammation and improve joint health.⁣

  • Ginger reduces gastrointestinal irritation and reduces exercise-induced muscle pain and inflammation.⁣

  • Cayenne helps prevent or slow damage to cells caused by free radicals, and clears congestion.

  • Black pepper is anti-oxidant and has anti-inflammatory effects, and may boost cognitive function.⁣
