New year resolutions really put the pressure on. When people make a mistake or a small mistep, they feel so bad because they’ve promised themselves it was going to be a new year and fresh start. But really, it’s just an arbitrary date! The you-yesterday vs. the you-today can be a same you or a different you. That’s up to you!
