PLEASANT ACTIVITY: Tennis

Today’s #PleasantActiviy is tennis! There are psychological, social, and physical benefits - no matter what your fitness level! I used to play tennis on my high school team, and I was never great at it, but it was always fun. The camaraderie of being on a team and working towards a common goal makes the time fly and strengthens social bonds while you’re getting exercise. It’s a real 1-2-3 punch! Here are some other awesome benefits of tennis:
