WELLNESS TIP: Act Like a Kid Again

One of the best things you can do for yourself this weekend? Act like a kid again!⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Do you remember those early years when everything was new and exciting? You could play on the swings without being bored for hours, you looked around you at everyday things with amazement and wonder, and it felt like anything in the world was possible? ⁣⠀ You can rediscover that today. Allow yourself some time to rediscover your inner child! It’s so liberating! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀

Here I am on a mountain tubing adventure. It was so fun to barrel down an old sugar plantation irrigation ditch with several tunnels and a lazy river. I felt like a kid again going swimming for the first time.⁣⠀
